Tatel 85-foot Radio Telescope, NRAO, Green Bank, West Virginia<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Wednesday&#8217;s mail brought me this &#8220;vintage&#8221; postcard of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gb.nrao.edu\/fgdocs\/tatel\/tatel.html\" target=\"_blank\">Howard E.
